On occasion no report is available and in some circumstances there may be delays in obtaining a police report. Subscriber Attorneys do not represent any particular time frame in securing possession of the police report.

Securing a incident information will require you to sign an authorization providing the Subscriber Attorneys authority to do so. Failure to sign the authorization will preclude Subscriber Attorneys ability to secure a copy of the report.

Securing a copy of a police report or any other information about your incident DOES NOT constitute an authority for our Subscriber Attorneys to represent you or any other party in any claim of whatsoever nature.

This request does not create an Attorney /Client relationship and will not be protected by Attorney /Client privilege. Should you or any other the party wish to be represented in any case by Subscriber Attorneys a requisite authority to do so will be signed by said party after the police report is provided to you. The authorization signed to obtain the police report shall be limited to that specific request only.

You authorize Subscriber Attorneys to CONTACT YOU and to transmit a communications to you at the email address provided by you on this website. You understand that Subscriber Attorneys will act in accordance with your request and are entitled email the report when available without prior notice to you.
